Let us take you to a different part of West Virginia; still around the Greenbrier River and Monongahela National Forest, close to our home and removed from the hustle and bustle of every day life but with a few additional treats. Let us share why we so love the area. You owe it to yourself to see West Virginia in all of its seasonal glory; Spring is no exception. In these mountains the bugs are few and the nights are cool. This area will offer a number of new opportunities hopefully to include the Cass Railroad and trains but we are still trying to manage those details. We’ll have a variety of scenics most with spring wildflowers. We’ll shoot along the Greenbrier River Trail, the town of Cass and its historic railroad, the scenic highway, the glades, waterfalls, barns, and all around the surrounding towns. For those of you who know us, you know we will take advantage of every ‘photo op’ that presents itself!

The unfortunate part of this workshop is that we will not be hosting you for meals at our home; We’ll miss having you all there. Maybe in in the future! But the gals who will be catering for us are fabulous. You won’t go hungry.

We begin on Wednesday May 2nd at 5:00 p.m. in the house in which Bill and I will be staying. (Further directions will follow. ) We’ll end our workshop on Saturday May 5th at 11:00 a.m.ish.

The price of $890.00 includes 3 breakfasts, 2 lunches and lodging. Depending on lodging availability, non-participants may attend at the cost of $395.00. We’ll decide on a one by one basis and won’t know for sure until shortly before the start of the workshop if there will be room for Non-participants. Dinners are not part of the fee but will be served at the restaurant in Cass catered by the same gals.

We have reserved several of the restored houses right in Cass Scenic Railroad State Park for our lodging. They are scattered around 242 Main Street in Cass, WV. They sleep 5 to 7 people. I will reserve your room as soon as possible after receiving your registration and mailing you a confirmation. Additional information on where you’ll stay will come at a later time.
