Preheat the over to 450

1. Purchase 1 lb of premade pizza dough. I get it at the deli section of the grocery store. Usually comes in 1 lb bags.

4. Optional: rub the dough with olive oil and sprinkle lightly with salt and pepper.

5. Sprinkle with 2 teaspoons +- crushed red pepper flakes and a little extra Basil and Oregano.
NOW you'll add the following in layers leaving 1/2 inches all around the edge of the dough plain

6. spread the Marinara enough to cover the dough.

7. spread 1/2 lb of thinly sliced ham or prosciutto

8. spread 1 10 oz. package of frozen spinach that has been thawed and totally drained OR spread fresh spinach which is best

9. 1/4 lb. pepperoni thinly sliced

10. spread some roasted red peppers and mushrooms

11. 1/2 cup of all the following cheeses grated or other cheeses you prefer:
a. Parmesan
b. Provolone or Mozzarella
