Crispy Cheey Cookies

These are great with wine or just as a snack. You can make them before hand, freeze them, and pull out as many as you need at a time. I think they are best when warmed.

8 oz. softened cream cheese
8 oz. extra sharp cheddar cheese, grated
2 cups of flour
1 cup of melted butter (real butter)
2 cups of Rice Krispies
1/2 tsp. of salt
1/4 tsp. of pepper
1/2 tsp. of worcestershire sauce
a Big dash or two of tobasco
a dash or two of cayenne pepper

First mix everything together EXCEPT for the Rice Krispies. (You don't want to smooch the Rice Krispies too much. ) Then add them and mix well. Shape the dough into balls about 1"in diameter. Place on an ungreased cookie sheet. Press in a criss-cross design using a fork. Bake at 350 for 10 to 12 minutes until golden brown. Do not overbake for the bottoms will get too brown. Cool. Serve or freeze.
