Hot/Sweet Peppers


Hot Sweet Peppers – so good on a sandwich!

Have hot jar(s) ready and lid(s). This recipe is for one jar at a time. See last note.

BRING TO A BOIL:

1 cup white Vinegar

¾ cup Sugar

1 Teaspoon Salt

Put peppers in jar and pour hot mixture on top of them filling jars with liquid to about ½ inch from top. Clean jar rim, put on lid, turn upside down for about 15-20 minutes to seal.

The mixture above is per jar. Should you want to make more than one jar at a time use the same amount of vinegar per jar but we like cutting back just a little on the sugar and salt. Personal Preference.
