You’ll receive an e-mail confirmation as soon as your registration is processed. If you don’t have an email address, you’ll be contacted by phone. Give us seven to ten days to get back to you in case we are out on a workshop/tour. Our normal response time is within several days, but if you haven’t heard from us after ten days, give us a call. Please wait for your email confirmation before making a payment.

Workshop Payment
Please wait for your email confirmation before making a payment. Once you receive your confirmation email, you can pay by check or PayPal. You can pay the full amount or the 50% amount. If you pay the 50% amount, the other half is due upon receipt of the informational letter 4 – 6 weeks before the commencement of the workshop.

PLEASE make sure you let the reservationist know that you are with Bill and Linda Lane and the Nature’s Image Photography Workshop so you will get the group rate. When you go to the reservation page, BE SURE TO USE THE GROUP CODE, WHICH IS NAT. Also, if you plan on staying additional nights, those nights will be billed separately and the price per night will not be our group rate but the regular going rate for the hotel.

Non-participants can attend all workshops at a reduced fee or no fee depending on what is provided to them with the exception of Tangier Island. The room availability is extremely limited on the island; therefore, a non-participant will need to pay the full fee since they will be taking a space that would otherwise be filled with a full participant. We welcome spouses and friends to come along on all other workshops; actually encourage it. But Tangier is unique. They also can not be photographers themselves or take photos during the workshop. Check the workshop page to see if an additional fee is required. Non-participant fees are paid to Linda Lane at the start of the workshop.

Cancellation Policy
A $50 Administrative fee will be charged on all cancellation. An additional amount may be retained should we have incurred other expenses on your behalf.

If your cancellation is received 60 days or more prior to the workshop, your fee will be returned in full minus the administrative fee.

If we receive your cancellation between 60 and 30 day from the commencement of the workshop, we will roll the entire fee over to a workshop of your choosing within a year’s period of time.

If you cancel within 30 days of the workshop, we will retain the deposit ( 50% of the full amount) and roll the other 50% over to a workshop of your choice within a year’s period of time. If we can fill your spot, your fee will be reimbursed.

No refunds for cancellation within 7 days of the workshop. No refunds for no shows.

Should we need to cancel a workshop due to lack of participation or unforeseen reasons, you will be informed at the earliest convenience and your fee will be refunded 100%. What we can not cover are expenses and losses incurred as a result of the above; Therefore, we strongly recommend purchasing refundable airline tickets and insurance for trip cancellations.
