Yum Yum Sticky Buns


Butterscotch Sticky Buns

I have used this recipe for our workshops and they are a great hit and real treat. The neatest thing is that it takes only minutes to prepare before you go to bed and the aroma permeates the house first thing in the a.m.

  • 20-24 frozen dinner rolls
  • 1 small pkg. butterscotch pudding (not instant)
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans
  • 6 tbs. of butter
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 3/4 tsp. cinnamon

Lightly grease a Bunt or Tube pan. ( I use a tube pan and the butter flavored Crisco).

Sprinkle the nuts on the bottom.

Place the rolls all around fitting them in beside one another and then sprinkle with dry pudding mix.

Melt butter and then add brown sugar and cinnamon to it.

Pour over rolls and let rise in unheated oven overnight.

Bake at 350˚ for 30 minutes.

Invert pan onto platter.
